All Bands on Deck returns for fifth annual music festival

Posted

Shipyard District, Inc. will present the fifth annual All Bands On Deck festival on Friday, Sept. 12, and Saturday, Sept. 13, throughout the Shipyard District on the west side of downtown Green Bay.

Green Bay’s biggest live music festival will feature almost 100 performances by local, live bands and songwriters spanning dozens of musical styles at a dozen bars, restaurants and food trucks along South Broadway and State Street, over half of which will feature outdoor, open-air stages.

Also featured will be food and drink specials at participating businesses and free shuttles provided by the Brown County Tavern League for guests to travel between their favorite venues. Admission is free to all.

The fifth annual All Bands On Deck will introduce dozens of new bands as well as new venues and food trucks, including At The Tracks, a new district concert venue, and Happy Hour, a new bar which opened in March 2025.

On Saturday, Sept. 13 between 12-3 p.m., the Shipyard Neighborhood Association will host an all-ages, family-friendly stage featuring Brass Differential under the Mason Street Bridge with food trucks and a beer tent.

“All Bands On Deck is all about revitalizing our Shipyard District, Shipyard Neighborhood, and rebuilding our community together through friends, family, and music,” said Tarl Knight, director of Shipyard District, Inc. “We invite all of our community to come aboard and celebrate Green Bay’s biggest selection of local bands, local food and drinks, and local businesses at our city’s biggest music festival.”

Last year’s All Bands On Deck festival generated a direct financial impact of over $100,000 on participating bands and businesses.

The 2025 festival is also projected to generate a direct financial impact of over $100,000 throughout the festival weekend.
