Barbara Emily Frisbie, 83, Green Bay, passed away on Wednesday, May 28, 2025. Visitation will be held from 9:30 to 10:50 a.m. Saturday, June 7th, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, corner of Ninth St. and 12th Ave. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Saturday at the church.
