DE PERE – Following a half year of construction CoVantage Credit Union is opening their new De Pere location — a three-story, 24,000 square-foot building — at 1225 Lawrence Drive.
“This property will be a full-service retail branch location for members to receive deposit services, consumer loans, mortgage lending, commercial lending and CoVantage Retirement and Investment Services,” a release from CoVantage stated.
“The first floor will contain a prominent commercial lending area with a separate business member entrance. The second level will house additional operations staff, with expansion space available on the third floor for future growth. This Brown County location will allow CoVantage to better serve existing and future members, and enhance CoVantage’s brand awareness from Green Bay to the Fox Valley.
“This branch will offer a combination of digital services and personal interactions with staff to ensure members are served in an efficient and friendly manner. Digitally advanced banking services utilizing Virtual Teller ATMs are located both inside and outside under a drive-up canopy to provide fast, convenient service. The Virtual Teller ATMs will allow members to interact with CoVantage employees using video technology, where they can complete a wide range of services like cash checks, make loan payments, transfer funds, deposit money and get cash. Many of these self-services are available on these machines 24/7.
“In addition to digital services, the new branch will have staff available to assist members with vehicle loans, mortgages, business loans and deposit accounts.”
De Pere Branch Manager Beth Genske added that the company was excited to be offering an additional Brown County location and credited their customers for the addition.
“Without their support and continued trust in CoVantage for their loan and deposit services, our credit union would not be the strong financial cooperative we are today,” Genske said.
A grand opening will be held Thursday, Nov. 2, 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
