Elizabeth Jean Hardy Larsen, 80, Allouez, passed away peacefully the morning of January 1, 2025, after a lengthy battle with vascular dementia. Family and friends may gather on Monday, January 13, at Cotter Funeral Home, 860 N. Webster Ave., De Pere from 3:00pm until time of prayer service at 4:30pm with Rev. Bob Kabat officiating.
