GREEN BAY – The Green Bay Austin Straubel International Airport is seeking volunteers to assist the facility during the 2025 NFL Draft, held April 24-26 in Green Bay.
“Preparing to welcome an influx of visitors, Green Bay Austin Straubel International Airport (GRB) is calling on the community to join the GRB team as volunteers and help create a seamless, welcoming experience for travelers,” a release from Marty Piette, airport director, stated.
“This will be our busiest week at GRB since the early 2000s with additional nonstop flights and added seats on our major carriers.” Piette added. “We want to ensure that everyone has a safe and enjoyable visit to and from the airport. To do that we need your support.”
Volunteer opportunites include greeting travelers and providing directions; offering information about transportation, lodging and local attractions; helping with navigation inside the airport; and creating a welcoming atmosphere for fans and visitors.
People interested in volunteering can sign up online or contact airportinfo@flygrb.com or call (920) 498-4800, press No. 5.
