Jane “Janie” Alva ChampJane “Janie” Alva ChampJane “Janie” Alva ChampvJJHjjJan Jane “Janie” Alva Champ Jane "Janie" Alva Champ, 86, of De Pere, peacefully passed away in her sleep at Angel’s Touch Memory Care/ Unity Hospice on Monday, July 28, 2025. Jane was born on November 19, 1938 in Barnsdall, Oklahoma to Lenora and Miner Mann.
Jane is survived by her loving husband, David, whom she married March 25, 1957.
A Celebration of the Life of Jane Champ is planned for Saturday, August 30 from 3:00 to 5:00 pm at Cotter Funeral Home, 860 North Webster Ave., De Pere. The memorial service takes place at 5:00 pm.
In lieu of flowers, Jane’s family asks that donations be made to the Lewy Body Dementia Society of America.
The family would also like to deeply thank the entire staff of Angel’s Touch Assisted Living & Memory Care/Unity Hospice, whose exceptional care was instrumental in helping Jane through her final months.
