The Wisconsin Soccer Coaches Association (WSCA) recently announced its All-State teams, and the local area was well represented.
Notre Dame Academy senior Emmett Lawton named second-team All-State after helping lead his team to the third straight WIAA Division 3 state runner-up finish. Lawton scored over 50 goals this season.
Tritons senior teammate Elliot Bordini earned All-State honorable mention.
De Pere junior James Dorchester also was named All-State honorable mention as was Seymour’s Pace Jefferson. According to WisSports.net, Jefferson led the state in points.
A pair of Bay Port seniors also were selected All-State honorable mention: Garrett Solcz and Brady Wazny.
