How did you get started playing your sport(s)?
My parents wanted me to learn teamwork and how to lose so they put me in softball.
How has the balance between academics and athletics changed for you from freshman to senior year?
Every year it gets tougher, as you get older your responsibilities in school increase as well as in athletics. But every year you learn how to handle it the best way you can.
What is your favorite part of this sport?
The experiences and friendships I have made.
What is the most challenging part of this sport?
Softball is a game of failure. You fail more than you succeed which can be difficult.
Do you have a bucket list goal that pertains to your sport?
Do you have any pre-game rituals/routines/superstitions?
During the national anthem I close my eyes and take a couple of deep breaths.
Dream vacation destination?
France.
Favorite food?
Pasta.
Random fun fact about you?
I am afraid of cats.
Any hobbies outside of your sport?
Favorite movie/TV show?
Love Island.
Looking forward to most about graduating?
Moving on from high school and experiencing new things.
Any summer plans before going off to college/work?
To spend as much time with my friends and family.
Any memorable coaches or teammates you’d like to shout out?
I would like to shoutout Cody Craig for always reminding me why I love the sport and making it fun again.
