Willard Harvey Shuler, 79, of Oneida, Wis., passed away peacefully Sunday, Feb. 16, with his immediate family, wife Susan, daughters Leslie and Paula, by his side.
He owned W.H. Shuler Builder and Packerland Properties/U-Haul in Green Bay. Family and friends may visit Blaney Funeral Home, 1521 Shawano Ave., in Green Bay on Saturday, March 1, from 10 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. (NOON). Private burial will be held in the spring.
