Green Bay Metro Firefighters arrived in a flashing red firetruck to deliver donated Christmas presents from Central Church to the children of HSHS St. Vincent Children’s Hospital. With help from the hospital’s Child Life team, a group of firefighters and church volunteers went room-to-room at the hospital, giving out gifts and spreading holiday cheer.
The gifts were the result of an annual effort by the congregation of Central Church. The church holds an annual toy drive, encouraging its members to select and purchase gifts tailored to different age groups and ensure every child at the hospital receives a meaningful present.
